Disney!! ... and Sherwood Forest

We just spent 2 weeks at the Sherwood Forest RV Resort, again part of Thousand Trails.  This is our first 'repeat' site - we had stayed here once before as we were heading out of Tampa up to west Virginia to make our RV repairs.  The park is well maintained and was remarkably un-flooded when we were there in the summer.

Sherwood Forest 'Campsite'

Sherwood Forest has the distinct perk of being only 15 minutes from the entrance to Disney World, so we spent most of our time making good use of our annual passes by going to Disney World almost every day.  I'm not sure if that makes for a very exciting blog post, but it was fun!  We've been watching a lot of Disney Food Blog on YouTube, so we checked out many fun snacks and meals while we were there.  Here are some highlights!

Epcot Festival of the Arts:

3D Chalk Art

Artist's Palette Cookie (you could actually paint with the frosting!)

Paintbrush Churros

More 3D Chalk Art!

We finished the 'easy' and 'medium' levels of Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom (this 'Gold' was for the easy level...we got a 'Novice' on medium)

The Animation Experience at Rafiki's Planet Watch (Animal Kingdom)

The Tree of Life (Animal Kingdom)

Rhinos on Kilimanjaro Safaris (Animal Kingdom)
Waiting for Hollywood Studios (and thus the Rise of Resistance boarding groups) to open at sunrise
